What is this contract?

This template covers two close but different relationships: an agent arranges sales in your name and for your account, a commission agent sells in its own name but for your account. In either case, the commission, territory, reporting and the procedure for ending the agreement are agreed. Under an agency agreement, the agent may become entitled to a termination indemnity when the agreement ends.
