1Who we are
Lepinski (lepinski.ee) is provided by VeebiNool OÜ, registry code 17304431, address Ristiku 3, 72715 Paide, Järvamaa, Estonia (hereinafter “we”). Contact: tugi@lepinski.ee.
These terms apply to the use of lepinski.ee. By creating an account, buying a contract or taking out a subscription, you confirm that you have read the terms and agree to them. The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
2What the service offers
Lepinski lets you:
- draft contracts on the basis of predefined templates and download them as a PDF file;
- send a contract to the other party to fill in their details;
- save reusable contracts and the parties' details;
- fill in your own uploaded contract template;
- have an existing contract reviewed by artificial intelligence (contract check);
- check the contents of a digitally signed file.
The exact description of the features is on the page All features. Digital signing inside Lepinski is not yet open to users.
3Nature of the service: this is not legal advice
The contracts are drafted by artificial intelligence on the basis of templates with a fixed structure. Using Lepinski does not create a lawyer-client relationship and is not legal advice. The generated document is a general-purpose aid, not a legal assessment tailored to your situation.
With every contract purchase you confirm the following:
“Mõistan, et see dokument on loodud AI poolt kindla struktuuriga malli alusel, ei kujuta endast õigusnõustamist, ning vastutus selle sobivuse hindamise eest minu olukorras lasub minul.”
In English: “I understand that this document was created by AI on the basis of a template with a fixed structure, does not constitute legal advice, and that responsibility for assessing its suitability for my situation lies with me.”
It is your task to read the contract through before signing and to assess whether it suits your transaction. The result of the contract check is also an aid, not a lawyer's opinion.
We do not draft contracts that under Estonian law must be notarised.
4Account
- When creating an account you must provide a correct e-mail address.
- Keep your password and sign-in means secret. You are responsible for the actions taken with your account.
- If you suspect someone else has gained access to your account, let us know immediately.
- To close your account, write to tugi@lepinski.ee.
5Prices and payment
The current prices are on the page Pricing. The price applies as displayed at the moment of purchase. VeebiNool OÜ is not registered as a VAT payer, so no VAT is added to the prices.
- One-off purchase. You pay for one contract. Before paying you see the whole contract in a free watermarked preview. The account's first contract is free if no contract has been bought with that account before.
- Pro subscription. A monthly subscription that renews automatically every month until you cancel it. You can cancel the subscription at any time through subscription management on the pricing page. A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the paid period and the next payment is not taken. For an account that has not had a subscription before, the first 30 days of the Pro subscription are free: if you cancel the subscription during the trial, you are not charged; otherwise the paid monthly subscription begins when the trial ends.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details do not reach us.
6Consumer rights
If you use the service as a consumer, you have all the consumer rights arising from the law, and these terms do not limit them.
If a purchased file is defective or does not match what was shown in the preview, write to us at tugi@lepinski.ee and we will resolve the situation.
7Data and files you enter
- You are responsible for the data you enter being correct and for having the right to use the data of other people that you enter into the contract. With regard to that data, you are the controller and we are the processor.
- Uploaded documents must be your own, or you must have the right to use them.
- We use the data and files you enter only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
9Prohibited use
The service may not be used:
- to draft unlawful contracts or documents;
- on behalf of another person without their permission, or to forge documents;
- to circumvent the service, its security measures, payments or the watermark;
- to attack or overload the service or to exploit security vulnerabilities;
- for automated mass copying of content;
- to copy contract templates and resell them as templates.
If you find a security vulnerability, please report it in the way described on the security page.
In the event of a material breach of the terms, we may suspend or close the account. Unless this is unavoidable, we will notify you beforehand.
10Intellectual property
The website, its design, the contract templates and the software belong to VeebiNool OÜ. You may freely use a contract drafted through the service in your own transactions: sign, change, print and pass it to the other party.
11Liability
We do everything reasonable to keep the service working and the templates up to date. We do not guarantee that the service is always available without interruption or that a generated contract suits every situation — that depends on the transaction, which we do not see.
We are not liable for damage resulting from a generated document having been used in a situation it did not suit, or from the data entered having been wrong. Liability is not limited to the extent the law does not allow it, in particular for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
12Changes to the service and the terms
We develop the service continuously and features may change. If we change these terms significantly, we will notify account holders by e-mail in advance. Minor clarifications take effect on publication.
13Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Estonian law. We try to resolve all disagreements through negotiation — write to us at tugi@lepinski.ee.
As a consumer, you may also turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee operating at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. Failing an agreement, the dispute will be resolved in an Estonian court.
