What we want to do
Make sure a proper contract exists for small deals too, not only when there is money and time for a lawyer.
The contract is needed by tomorrow
The work is agreed and starts tomorrow. There are two options: a Word file found online that nobody knows the origin of, or a lawyer who charges a hundred euros and takes a week.
So the contract never gets signed
The deal is made orally or by e-mail, hoping no dispute comes up. Usually none does — but if one does, neither side has anything to show.
Lepinski is the middle ground
Not to replace a lawyer, but so that a proper contract exists even when going to a lawyer would be out of proportion to the deal itself.

Lepinski is not built in Tallinn but in Paide. Many of the people it is made for are not in Tallinn either, and for most of them a lawyer has never been a couple of streets away.
